I think you 've done a most excellent job centering yourself within the frame and avoiding the placement of the horizon line. Though it's blurred in the background it does wonders to keep you offset just enough to further the focus on the subject(you). The tones and lighting match your eyes, all ending on that intense stare.
I can only off you a small suggestion and that would be to offset yourself a little further to either edge of the frame, though that may take some of the focus off you. Beyond that I have nothing to suggest to make this any better. From subject to lighting I think you've created a successfully impressive image.

Lovely shot, your eyes are so beautiful, the shape of your face and bone structure is wonderful, your lips inviting. And did I mention the hair, great style and color!
