This is how I pictured Carter in the beginning of the story. When I found out he was African American I was like "No way!" I don't have any problem with it I just never pictured him that way.

I must have missed it if they described him in the beginning. The mental picture I had of him at first wasn't african american but when I read that he was then I pictured him as african american. I do that a lot when I read books, I picture them with blond hair only to find out they have black or red hair.Β

I'm not sure! I know he has dark skin, but I couldn't find a good skin color for him!

I miss it too. I'm surprised at how it's managed to slip into obscurity after being so popular about 10 years ago when Elton John and Tim Rice collaborated on the project. If not for the humor between Kevin and Kenneth, you should watch it for the music.

I have to say, I really love this! The only thing I think you can do is make his skin a little darker. Then again, that may be just how I imagine him. Great job though!
