"The Hands of Aloha"Contest entry for congressional "What Hawaii Means to Us." thing. yeah. This is my neighbor and his ukulele. So I painted it! Mwaha! ....not much else to say, other that WOW that was a lot of brown, and hands are evil but rather fun to do. o.<

Wonderful rendering. The contrast between the frets on the board and the wood is particularily good, you have that nice reflective metallic feeling going on. Hands are difficult, but interesting - keeping track of it all is not easy, and you've done a fine job of it.

thats absolutley excellent.....i havnt seen a painting that good in a while....plus im a instrument geek so i saw the ukelele and had to take a look.........nice one
