the story:
Sasuke came to Itachi while he was ready to go to his training..Sasuke wanted to ask his brother of what

Itachi feel kinda stupid to say such thing so laud.. when Sasuke saw his big brother sad face he hugged him and begged him to not make this sad face again.. Itachi
told Sasuke .." don't worry you said the truth.. i better wish for something else" *for thous who read latest Naruto manga they should understand what he mean by that!*.
