Fleur always strikes me as a more sophisticated, classy sort of chick. The font's a little loopy, so if you can't read it, it says "Fashion can be bought. Style one must possess." I saw it in my favorite "What On Earth" catalog and it struck me as a Fleur-shirt.Others in this series (oldest to newest):

Yeah, but I used yellowy skin tones before I thought about her hair, and I didn't want her to be totally monochromatic. And then my scanner made it even more yellow.
