Tsabhi's going through some growing pains.
Mainly her horns. They weigh more than they normally should, so her neck is constantly strained and she's almost always in a state of pain. The horns are causing headaches galore, and make her very lethargic and unwilling to even feed. When she does make it out of her family den she latches onto her mother both physically and emotionally and suckles milk until she can't stand. But it doesn't help her malnourishment much so she's going to remain small while her siblings grow. She'll have a growth spurt eventually, but the current state she's suffering will hold her back for a little while. She'll still grow, but very, very slowly, and will later on be dwarfed next to her siblings until she finally hits her teen to adult growth spurt.
