Day 20 of my Anime - Manga Inktober!Koan/Catzy from Sailor Moon
I used references from the Manga and Anime series. She was always one of my favorite villains in Sailor Moon. I loved her look and hair! Plus she was mostly purple and I was obsessed with purple when I was 12. haha.
