Haven't posted in awhile so I thought I might as well. Multiple pics of a slimy octopus mermaid!She's made from polymer clay, painted with acrylic, and has tibetan lambs wool for hair.

The effect on the tentacles is a combination of iridescent paint, gloss clear-coat, and a polymer clay that is a bit translucent.

It left me speechless. I clicked into merely as I thought the photograph was done really well. It looks like she's actually skittering across those rocks.
but I was floored to see you actually crafted her as well.
I know a lot of people praised you on the legs. Which are stunning, what with the colors, the shine and those suction cups (which I'm sure too forever). But I think my favorite part is the curves on her body and how you were able to get those little crevices with her breasts and hips just so. Little details like that are so difficult but you did it so well. you can just tell how talented you are. And that's just with the sculpting. The painting is fabulous too.
