What do you mean, in England?! We have frost on the windows in Ontario! Sometimes so thick you can't see through it! Has to be scraped off with a scraper...

Oh, yes! Mostly only new homes have double glazing. Most of our windows are, but some are still the old up and down sash style. That means ice flowers when the temp gets to -24 degrees C!

Log cabins are NOT all they are cracked up to be. For one thing, they are very drafty and for another, they're a bugger to keep the dust off the logs!
