*shot*Long story short: I always wanted to turn a character into a Pokemon so yeahh...
I apologize for the lack of backgrounds in my pictures. XD Haven't got any ideas for them recently.

Monado Fire Blast 倧 fires a five-pointed star of fire. The target is damaged and inflicted with Blaze, enemies around the target are also damaged and inflicted with blaze.

Funny, I named another species of Fire type canid Pokemon after Shulk in my Y version. He's a Delphox, but close enough.

Actually, Arcanine doesn't fit Reyn at all in my opinion. If anything, Rhyperior fits Reyn perfectly; same color scheme, has a rough look, is very powerful etc. It's definitely a Reyn-like Pokemon. Arcanine looks too elegant for Reyn.
I chose Arcanine for Shulk because Shulk's fluffy hair reminded me of an Arcanine's. He could also make a good Jolteon, I've noticed. Pretty much any Pokemon with fluffy, blonde/white fur would fit best for Shulk, haha.
As for the others, I imagine Fiora as a Ninetales, simply because Ninetales is the female equivalent to Arcanine. Dunban would also be a Ninetales because he's Fiora's brother. Melia's either a Dragonair or an Audino due to the headwings. Sharla's a bit hard, but I can strangely imagine her as a Nidoqueen due to the fact that Nidoqueen is a motherly type Pokemon, has a blue/cream color scheme, and is known as the "Drill Pokemon" just like Rhyperior. The fact that Sharla and Reyn have some sort of chemistry together just makes the Nidoqueen thing sound even more logical, lol. Nidoqueen and Rhyperior's line look so similar and all.
Riki? I dunno what Riki would be since he's already a non-human/humanoid creature. I guess he'd be a Pikachu since Nopons and Pikachus look very similar.
Wowwww can't believe I'm even talking about this... I should draw more of these things someday. I love Pokemonizing things... it's kind of a guilty pleasure for me, haha.

It's just, nearly all of the game play is swinging the wii remote all around hitting hundreds of monsters over and over and over again. xD
