Description I can not express how much I love painting forests. If I let myself, I'd paint them all the time. When I was in high school, I basically did. Because of that, I made myself focus on people and proportions over the last few years during and post-college. Today was the day to revisit.

The concept is from my book series, Tales of the Fatherless.

The Zeii are watcher-statues scattered throughout the north, and the gods can inhabit them at any time. Breaking one of the Zeii is grounds for execution; breaking one while a god is occupying it means the god will haunt you for the rest of your living days, which may not be all that many, seeing as you're basically cursed. The God can even possess the breaker, if it's desired. Rumors are it's extremely unpleasant.

I won't mention who these four characters are because if I ever get the Tales of the Fatherless website up and running, I don't want to make a ton of spoilers. All that needs to be said is that one of them does NOT like the statues.

About an hour, PS6, Wacom Pro, various brushes both my own and from brush packs here on DA.
