Well I think the textures are freaking spectacular I wanna ask you something though if you don't mind... what did you do for the disco dot effects in the background? I've been trying to do that forever now but to no avail -__-

It is a brush here on da. Look for manga screentones or just manga brushes.

It is definitely a set of brushes too, cause that is what I am using.
