HAHA! Thanks. I'm currently leaning towards brighter colors, I feel influenced by Makoto Shinkai, I hope to do some studies of his landscapes. So in retrospect, the colors here seem a bit muddy.

I wasn't familiar with him, but I checked him and he's the guy behind Your Name? That movie was awesome, beautifully painted, too. He's definitely inspiring, and I hope you reach that goal

Are you asking what software I used? For this one it was GIMP, but I've switched over to Krita (which I highly recommend).

Odd, I'm sure I read the description but didn't see the software. And yeah I love Krita too, although I'm not a painter. I was asking mostly because I'm maintaining a selection of the best Krita artwork I can find on deviantart.
