This is my next entry for Temple of the Dog's monthly fanart contest. Sweet, but very naughty Miroku. My main thought when I came up with the concept of this piece was "Why would Miroku become a priest?" Well, outside of a family history, I thought it would have to be the throngs of hot, scantily-clad priestesses. Same reason why he might take Home Ec if he were around in modern times.His clothing is strongly modelled after actual Egyptian priest clothing, except for a modification to how he wears his leopard skin (I thought it would be quite tragic if I covered up his chest and abs). His pose was also modelled after an excellent piece of artwork I found of Anubis holding a staff... I could only think of Miroku when I found it by accident months ago.

Like everything in life, sewing takes a LOT of practice. I use to be really good at painting ceramics too, but I haven't done that in so long. I probably suck at it now. XD But you've got the beautiful art work talent, where I do not. I still don't get why people like my dumplings so much. I've even been asked for plushies...I sometimes think I should really do something with them, but after all the research I do for that, I still come up empty. I'm not sure if I should keep doing it for just entertainment, or one day make them my own copywritten design (which I still have no clue how to do). Perhaps one day I'll have an answer to that one.

WOW, Miroku is soooo hot! I love his goofy little expression and can sooo easily see him doing that. Great job on everything! The colors, proportions, expressions, shading, its all great!
