Sitka has never been mellow, and she has never been fearful. She was born into a privilege she does not fully comprehend-- the Royal daughter of a powerful Count and a beautiful Lady, loved and protected by both of her parents, with plenty of siblings and a princess for a companion when her mother tired of her boundless, nagging energy. Sitka is a filly full of play and questions. She is ever dashing about, getting good use out of her long legs, kicking her heels up in the soft grass. She's an absolute nightmare to get to sleep at night-- though she'll curl up like a good little girl for her father. She craves Count Weylin's attention, which is so often diverted by his new responsibilities. Nothing puts her to sleep at night like the sound of his voice.

Appearance: Little Lady Sitka is all legs. It's only gotten worse as she gets older, taller. Though she's still just a yearling, and has been assured countless times that she will grow into her legs with time, she is not at all impressed with her gangly, knob-kneed appearance. Both of her parents are attractive, and she thinks it's a fine joke that she's grown up looking more like a reckless colt than a little lady. There is, however, some promise that she will grow up into a delicate beauty. She has the pale, gilded coat-- though perhaps not as pale as the tiny perfectionist would have liked-- and she moves on her overlong legs with a grace which is half natural, half willed. Sitka is determined to be absolutely breathtaking, no matter how much practice and maintenance it takes.

History:
Autumn 774 - 1 year
Sitka was born safe and loved in her father's Glade in the Glenmore territories. There, the greatest strife in her short life has been Weylin's frequent absences. Demanding child that she is, Sitka pleads often with both of her parents for him to stay longer, to come back sooner. It does little good, of course. Sitka is not yet of an age to understand the weight of duty to one's herd. Someday she'll be proud of her father's commitment-- now, she is more likely to throw a petulant fit over his absence.
