Really nice separation of the elements.
The only thing I wound change is; it seems like the cartoon character doesn't shrink into the distance as he should. He should be shrinking all through out his way as he passes the the window and behind the woman. It's easy to do in Flash or After Effects.

(In Flash, make a movieclip out of the character animation) (In After Effects, do a "precompose" of the animation frames)

Put your "movieclip" or "Precomposition" in your scene, arranged the same way as your photoshop layers, and then set the first "scale" keyframe on 100% (when he's by the entrance to the first shop, then go all the way to where he is out of frame, and set the scale to 95-94%, and you should see a smooth, subtle scaling of the character.

Sorry if it's a long explanation, but it's really easy to do.

Oh yes ! I see what you mean. I did not really pay attention to the scale of the character in the path. Indeed, given the perspective and the vanishing point of the scale should be different at the end of the path.
Thank you very much for all these tips. Do not hesitate to comment, it's a pleasure.
For AE, I do not know, but I've just bring a book with some practical work, I will try ;o)[link]
