Well I mostly just drew all the time... so I don't really have a "secret", so to speak. I did try to draw things I wasn't used to just for the heck of it to expand my horizons. I do some anatomy studies, life drawings, and gesture drawings fairly often, but it's a very relaxed, stress-free kind of thing. That's why I don't show anyone. I'd say I probably draw at least an hour a day on average. 3 or more hours if I'm feeling good, and maybe 5 minutes if I'm feeling bad, but something.
