i really like the stuff that you have done with pencils.
she looks really young. i always forget that the lone wanderer is only 18 or so at the beginning of Fallout 3.

Thank you, Swatson. I still enjoy my older work with pencils and glad you like it too!
Heh, that is true. I've been so used to characters being in their early to mid 30's lately and matching my own age, that it's easy to forget how young some characters were before.

do you still use pencils?
i sometimes find myself thinking when i play fallout three this person is like 6 / 7 years younger than me how are they even alive not that iam some kind of superman but still.

I haven't used pencils in a few years now. I travel often due to a long distance relationship and lugging around all the materials I'd need to work in pencils, is very inconvenient and expensive for me right now. I still enjoy the look and feel of working with pencils so I don't want to give them up entirely.
I understand. It's sometimes harder to imagine younger people being capable of such things, or even just harder to relate to younger people as you get older, especially in military roles. I appreciate that game developers have been offering older protagonists for us to play as lately.

i imagine that it would be tricky but it does look great.
it can be, but people can surprise people . i appreciate variety in protagonists which games are getting better for. though they're still a little skewed.

Hmm i like it im a huge fallout fan myself and i found these through your gaia profile, i like how you incorperated the broken peices of the fence same as in the game, the pip boy as well. What did you use as a reference the game its self or nothing?

Thank you and nice to see a fellow Gaia and Fallout fan! c:
I do use references from the games since I don't think my memory could ever be good enough to remember all those details, and I am an accuracy nut. If I can't find the images online or in youtube videos, I go straight to the source and stair at my character while doing reference doodles all over the place. XD

Actually, if that happened in the game I'd be curious enough to play along for awhile.

It'd certainly be interesting for a while if you could be a follower instead of having someone follow you around. See if a quest actually takes place or if the NPC gets stuck in a rock somewhere. XD
Haha, glitches.

The latter would happen to me for sure.
I can't stand having people follow me, either. Like Dogmeat? I purposely avoided getting him.. I think.. maybe I did and put him in my house. I didn't want him to die. :c

Is she standing on one of the ramps in megaton?

She is beautiful, you are freakishly talented with pencil crayons (meant respectively and every coloured pencil is a pencil crayon to me :3)
I really like her pose and her expression, uncertainty but determination and confidence all mixed together. Plus she has a Nuka-Cola. Daymn.
She has very nice legs too, if I may add ^_^
