Ok slight rant: I have had so much trouble over the last few months trying to get a good commission of her, Vampi. Almost everyone has turned her into some sort of Vampire kink one way or another despite me asking for a sweet or perky character. I was in tears about one of them. (Which was a rant seen here-www.deviantart.com/lady-blackw… ) By the time the last one came up I had already given up. Only one commissioner has truly gotten her right and the gift from Krissy was the most in character.So as I came back to drawing and painting again giving Vampi a true to her portrait was important to me.

People need to listen to everything you say instead of just focusing on a part of your description. I think Vampi is awesome

It would have been really nice if they did. Especially because I picked artists that had been doing really cute characters and adorable expressions. And then all the opposite came out when they heard the word 'vampire'. -.- 
Thank you! I'm glad her expression and actual personality is enjoyed! You don't have to do that. The offer though made me really happy. Oh boy does she! She really loves trying to help hock people up with her sister, especially when she thinks it might actually work. (All Might was the first in a long time that made it past the first meeting.) She has a lot of fun helping her sister with Valentines Day (and his birthday, Christmas if they want).

This portrait of her turned out so cute- I love just how bright eyed and full of life that she looks!! <3 Her face just looks so pretty and happy and I love the shading on her face and hair and aaaa!! She just looks so lovely!!

Wow that's such a weird story. Do people force their interpretations onto your character or they are just not given the description and are guessing how she is? 
It confuses me especially as someone who drew a lot of others people characters (may it be commissions or even requests) and tries to stay as true to the canon as I can (unless it's an obvious parody which both parties consent on). Sometimes I even directly ask for some context or description since I don't want to do anything 'weird' with the character.
Besides that, I like your drawing. It's cute and it's very nicely colored

They force. I tell the them that I want a sweet or perky drawing of her, she's a kind girl that is a vampire. My guess is that they hear vampire and run with that. I give them references but that only worked once and that is the artist that got her right. One admitted to not even reading the character info I sent. It is great that you try to stay so true to the characters given to you. Keep up the great work ethics!

Well unless the description is many pages of text, I can't see any other reason why they didn't read it. I'm just so confused 🤔 It's like "you had one job" thing, lol.
