This is so much better I love how the texture really stands out, and the shading in the eyes has improved a lot - now it really shows his bone structure.

I never save in any program other than paint. I take screenshots of the finished product, paste in in paint, crop it to whatever the picture is, and save it as a .png. It's saved perfectly.

You can use a .PNG and that will save it the way it looked when your finished, you can also save it as a .GIF, but that will pixilate the image, so small images and certain colors beware.
