Squidward was a cheap drunk so he has a very low threshold for going under the influence
Masky was drinking and the whole "president of ireland" thing was a reference to the prohibition episode from the simpsons
Bart eating 210 bownies is a nod to 420 (being 200 is half of 400 and 10 being half of 20)
Gen 1 MLP is notorious for being bad
BEN is the only one sober to recall the events
the brownies i ate were mixed with Hoodie's LSD
and the doll sayign "I'm coming for you Juan Ortis" is a reference to Tails Doll and Somecallmejohnny's feud
