How much preparation and work goes into a shot like this? How long does it take to apply the makeup?? It's worth it, I think! The shot is fantastic!

Sorry for this late reply, I didn't have the time to check my comments sooner ^^'
Luckily I am very fast with make-up so I think it took me 30-45 minutes.
All in all this preparation took several hours, I can't say how many. Talking to the designer who sent the headpiece, talking to the photographer, planning what else to use and so on takes some time. But what me took way longer was the corset - I added all the lace and crystal by hand and I think I needed nearly ten hours or so
