Description    Warm up painting while working on some watercolor commissions today. I've had an idea for charmander, I really want to use the scene when he was stuck in the rain, but haven't gotten around to it. Will most likely redo this concept at a later point.

Watercolors + Sparkley ink
Time: About an hour or less?
