I love this because of so many reasons!
1.) The expressions - the look of distrust, confusion, and something not quite known on Hermione's face is perfect. And the way Draco looks a bit flustered/frustrated, but still containing the icy coolness that he always has on his face blends perfectly.
2.) The body language - tying in with the expressions a bit. Hermione is stiff and obviously tense, looking ready to both fight and flee. but the relaxation in her shoulders and in her face shows that she still wants to listen. Draco, on the lower hand, has an aura of mixed feelings about him; he's trying to be nonchalant about it, like he thinks it's no big deal, but the hand out shows that he really wants her to pay attention.
and 3.) The tension. I can practically reach out and cut it with a knife. Just a mixture of the subject they are discussing and their expressions is radiating those sweet, jittery emotions.
