Hmm, I did this at work today. I had a really rough sketch on my computer at work and after a talk with a new found friend on here about Reno and Vincent I decided to fill out the sketch and make him into Vincent.Sorry, big Vincent fans if I got things wrong. I had the eyes with a little yellow in them and was told to go all red. I have a feeling the material looks like it is made of vinyl or rubber instead of cloth. I dunno, could be a fetish thing.

Thanks Kip and I missed you (and your humor) too. I felt so bad running through the 1,200 deviations that piled up in my absence, but I just couldn't fav or comment on all of them. I hope Hannah understands as she's very young and I've always tried to comment on her work.

Nice work, I thought the cloth looked like velvet, and I just wanted to touch it. I always thought Vincent's eyes had a hint of yellow.

I was hoping it looked more velvety than rubbery. I still have it saved in layers with the touch of yellow in it because I think that is right. Heh, your Vincent inspired me to do this on.

what was it suppose to be. i like the effect of the shadows. gives it a sinister feel. Judge of Death does that sort of thing to. i also like the way you frame your subjects. i always feel like mine are to posed or static.

It wasn't really supposed to be anything. I just sat down and started drawing and thought of a new found like minded friend on here that just drew Vincent so I decided to make it into him. I wish I could get the atmosphere as good as Judge of Death does. What do you mean "frame"? I feel MINE are too posed or static also.

yeah Judge kicks ass. she can do some spooky stuff. spooky is a little mild for some of your work. nightmarish is better. (i mean that in a good way)
what i mean by framed is the way you only show part of the guys face but some how the rest of the pic leads you back to his eye. it kind of gives you a sense that hes walking toward you like passing someone on the street. i never get the static feel with your pics.

i remember some of the work you used to post back in like the Cafe, the Vampire Hunter stuff in particular and it seemed pretty dynamic to me. maybe you're just evolving or smthn...i used to do a lot of like dynamic comic type drawings with slashing swords and blazing guns and crap like that but i never feel comfortable about posting stuff like that.
