Scanned, cleaned, resized, and cropped. No fixing at all (though I'd like to change that lady's weird pose. >.>)hm... this was the only drawing that was salvaged from that crappy scanner problem.

Well first of ball when I scan in pictures I make sure they're scanned in at 300 or higher dpi, that way when I finish cleaning and resize it, it looks a bit cleaner.
if you have photoshop, I use levels to get rid of random lil dots everywhere, if not, then I manually clean it by using a brush and covering the spots
