Tools: SAI, Photoshop CS2 (and it has been soo long since I drew with these. XD)You've seen him several times already with my last two deviations. But here I shall properly introduce him.
This is Tae Soon. He is my version of how North Korea would be like. He has a hair curl that can talk. Yes, it can talk. The hair curl goes down in comparison to Yong Soo's curl going up. He's very anal about everything.
He is like the complete opposite of Yong Soo. Though they do have one thing in common... what it is... I'll figure it out one day lol. 8D;
