I liked it, I was impressed with the art. I kept meaning to have a look but like I said, I was busy.
The only thing I'd say is, if you had a concept or catch (for instance, Naruto has the whole wanting to become hokage thing and the catch is ninjutsu/chakra) you should introduce it soon so people can look more deeply into your story.
Shinji is it? if he has a special ability introduce it next chapter and also give the story somewhere to go so the audience can vaguely see where you're going. It keeps them wanting to read so they can get some closure, if you always stay in the moment you might lose some people.
The whole uncle and 'I want to see my nephew' thing after the flashback of the dad was great! but it needs purpose.
Otherwise I like it!

i was able to understand the battle scenes pretty well, they were a bit too fast and a bit hard to see what's going on, but it is good.
god, i can't wait till i make my own comic. I think Pokefreak/RC/Dynamic Dragon has started a trend.
