Why did I ever stop using the pen tool, again?oh, yeah...because it SUCKS ><
takes too long to do ANYTHING with it! Bah. Though the results are usually really good...
Anyway, I drew Cornelius here for an observational joke. Turns out I liked it alot. So I messed around with it for a while. Fixed a few things with the lineart and actually used more than one reference.
I totally abused the hell out of my smudge tool, too. I feel bad for it XD But I was trying to simulate the style that they used for the game. It's not even close...but it's still pretty good! X3
so any way. Original's over here: (it sucks in comparison, really. but I drew it more for the joke than anything else XP)

I still like the pen tool, it does have dantastic results and if it's taking too long then just use the freeform pen
