Beautiful colours, stunning use of effects and pretty solid linework. Your use of values also defines the forms well.
If I may though, many of your drawings suffer from incorrect perspective of the lips. Just something to keep in mind for when you do these off-centre head angles. Perhaps marking the edges of the lips before defining them would help.

No perspective is incorrect. This drawing shows that all artists have their own perspective of something and that's what makes every piece of art unique.

I have to disagree somewhat with your comment, although you raise a good point I think it's more that the lips are simply overemphasised and this gives a unique character to the art. So, they do look unnatural, but not in a bad way.

So... I found this image by clicking on the "more from deviantart" sidebar that accompanies deviations. A beautiful image, of course, and yet what more could I find by scrolling down than the title! "11.11" indeed!
Well, I can't just ignore that.Β (
Well, Kyrie0201, I do believe it hardly needs to be said that you are an exceptionally skilled artist. Looking at this image, and at the "More from Kyrie0201" panel at the side, I think anyone could tell that you're very good. I therefore won't waste your time by blabbering on about technique. I'm hardly qualified to do so, in any case.
I like two things in particular about this image: The lock earring she is wearing struck me as a pretty inventive use of an accessory. I'm surprised I haven't seen it before. I also quite like the way you have her color and tie kind of dissolve to the up and to the left. That, in combination with the softglow effect at the top of her head and with her winter coat, brings the otherwise neutral blank space of the background more into the composition.
I almost can imagine being lost inside a snowstorm, the flurries to thick that all one can see is white. And then... for the most fleeting of moments... one catches sight of her face... and forever more is uncertain of a vision or a dream.
