Me and Liet, on our last day together, got up in the morning and decided to do a bit of cosplaying and picture-taking. The entire two weeks together we didn't do it at ALL till last second, lol, we were just too busy being derps. Last time we were around each other we were in uniform constantly and this time hardly at all. It's a little funny. But we decided to do it before it got too hot and we walked around my yard and down the street to take some as well as going inside and stuff. This one was just by myself, when she was testing her camera, and I really, really liked it so I submitted it. I'm really tempted to submit the picture of dat Lithuanian ass that I took but I decided I'll just keep that to myself xDBut yes. Here I am in my derp cosplay. I'm not wearing my violet contacts though, I was too lazy to put them in otl. And we took it with Liet's camera and I'm sure you can find some more of our other cosplay pictures on my Liet's page if you wanna see more. We put together a picture-story of Liet and Russia playing chess that should be up as soon as she's done with editing, so check her out xD

I want to cosplay Russia, but I hate my face shape hnnnnnnng you just look so perfect. /megaenvy May I ask where you got your coat and wig? Curious about the wig color, too.

As for where I got my stuff...Let's see...It's been well over 6 months now so eue;...-Tries to remember- cosplayfu.com (Lol, I know) is where I got my coat. I didn't like the wigs or boots there so I didn't buy all my things from the same spot. I will tell you that my coat was perfect aside from the velcro used to fasten it in the front together. It goes down too long. I'm having to take out the velcro and I'm probably going to end up taking it out altogether one day and putting in buttons or something to make it better. White velcro showing in pictures sucks D; I love it otherwise though. Oh. And I've lost more buttons on that uniform than ANYTHING. I'd reccomend making sure those buttons are stitched in tight with your own handiwork when it gets in. Unless you want to lose some like me D;. It came with its own scarf but I hated it and I ended up using a white scarf I bought a long time ago and it works just fine <3 My scarf that I have is more cotton than silk, which is way better and doesn't slip off but it is more warmer in the heat of summer D;. I bought my scarf at walmart a long time ago. And the cosplay does not come with a star for your badge on the front. I went to hobby Lobby (Idk if you have that store where you are. It's a hobby store filled with crafts and such), picked up a little star made out of cardboard (It's hollow on the inside), bought some gold spray paint, and painted it in a few layers. I cut in a slit on the back of it and stuck it on. It worked just fine. But, during one anime convention, I was having problems and had my Ukraine try to help fix it for me. She ended up ripping the star off, not 'unbuttoning' it off like how I had it set up so I have to buy a new star soon and re-do that process otl. Oh, and btw, they sent green slacks with my uniform for Ivan's cosplay. Mine did not fit AT ALL. It was half my size. No joke. I don't know what happened there but there is no way in hell I can wear them even if I tried. So I just wear some gray skinny jeans I love XD
As for my wig...I only have a little card, I don't have the site anymore. I bought it off of ebay. The card says 'Cosplan Wig'. Hopefully that helps. I really liked the way they had it look in the light and it's just right <3. You'll have to do a bit of cutting to get Ivan's hair (I'm too lazy to cut the bangs but I'll have to eventually, the long bangs are pissing me off xD) just to how you like it. I've worn my cosplay out in public MANY times and I've had many people I don't know come up to me and ask if that's my real hair xD So it's pretty good <3
For little tidbits of Russia's outfit...I bought the boots off of ebay as well. I had a bit of trouble and a freak out when his account was suddenly deactivated. But he was an honest and amazing merchant who kept in touch with me and sent me some amazing boots <3. The only problem with them now is that they have lots of knicks and stuff in them D;. I'd recommend keeping them safe and put up. I actually bought violet contacts since I wear glasses and I love them <3. And I cannot find good gloves anywhere. I ended up buying a fucking unreasonably expensive pair at some shop. I bought the smallest pair, a tiny pair of gloves, and apparently my hands are STILL too small for them and there's like...An inch of space from my fingertips to glove tips otl. ;u; I fail.

About how fast did CosplayFu ship your stuff? I've always been inclined to order from them because of their low prices, I just don't really know how credible they are. Also, I know sometimes wig tag/card says the color on it. Does yours say anything? Also, thanks for the info about the star! I was really lost on that. <3 We have Hobby Lobby where I live, so yeah.

And let's see...They shipped pretty decently or fast. Of course, I ordered mine several months in advance before any cons I would attend, so I had no worries about waiting. I think I ordered it in...Ah, here it is in my check book. January 10th is when I ordered it. And I obviously received it in the same month; I took pictures that month in my cosplay. So it was pretty ok with time and shipping, especially since I live out in the middle of nowhere xD;;. But yes. The only complaint I had about them was the velcro (Which I can easily fix with my sewing skills) and the pants (Which I cannot fix slacks, I just used a substitute instead).
On my checkbook, I put next to my Russia wig 'Cheng Mo' so you might want to look that up, if that helps. And on the card, unfortunately, it did not have a name for the color but numbers. I can give you the numbers if you'd like though. Model: K-0901, Color: K8/K70/K48, whatever the hell that means. Lol. And I'm glad I can help with the star <3
I can also give you a list my prices that I paid for each item, to give you an idea...(I also imagine this is with shipping and handling, depending on if the item gave free shipping or not. I don't really remember, I'm just listing the prices I paid)
Cosplay: $84.20, Wig: $38.98. And if you're interested in ordering the boots, I bought mine for $89.98. (I even ordered a Russian hip flask all the way form Russia and everything. The only thing I'm missing from my cosplay is the pipe xD. I've learned from a friend though that you can make it out of PCV piping or something from a store like Lowe's, I suppose, for not that much at all, buy some spray paint, and simply color it. It'd be light and lovely <3. My friend's pipe turned out amazing after he did that. Just don't play golf with it. xD He learned that the hard way.) Oh, and by the way, I ordered my cosplay and wig on the same day. My wig did ship a lot faster than my cosplay, I remember that, by a few days, I believe.
