Kyle's Black Heart D.O.B. 02/14/09Had a small break while doing a commission this week, so I slapped together this guy. I recently bolged a review about the new Venom figure and hinted about Making a black heart, well he only took 4 hours and now he's done! I will probably update this soon with some accessories.
He was make from a mix of the ML Blackheart and of course the new venom. I spent a while retooling the lat muscles and triceps so his arms could rest at his side, then I popped on the tail and Head from ML Blackheart. The removed various strands of "hair" from the bottom/back of the head and added them to the front (this is so the head should look up better) I also removed venom's pinkies since BH only has 3 fingers. Finished him up with a new paint job with a black base and 2 shade dry-brush.
I wouldn't go as far as say he is the Marvel Vs Capcom style, but that is totally why I love Blackheart and made this. For now he will sit amongst my MvsC Army and maybe one day he will hit eBay (or you can contact me now if your interested in owning)

Hey dude awesome Blackheart love your works.
But just to tell you, that so-called "stupid" bug accessory of Venom's isn't an accessory, it's a part of Venom. Just so you know that Venom is based on MacGargan/Scorpion's version not the retro Eddie Brock.
Just wanted to tell you that before you jump to conclusions.
PS. I love the scorpion TAIL of Gargan's Venom suit, and IMO it doesn't detract from the figure but actually makes it even better.

Oh im well aware that snap on accessory was part of him for the MacGargan version.
I just think its stupid thats all, even in the comics..lol.. its just IMO
I did a review on the venom figure, and I actually like it... but obviously as a customizer, getting that tail out of the picture just adds one more annoying step when using this figure as base like I did with black heart.

Magnificent piece of work. I haven't actually seen the ML Blackheart, so as far as I'm concerned, this is the most accurate interpretation of him in toy form right now.

Sweet bro, I still wanna make a blackheart. Only thing I will probably do differently is use the toes from the blackheart figure too. That is once I can find these blasted venoms, need like three and cant find any.

My TRU said they are getting a bunch of cases of stuff so I am hopeful. If you need those SF figs though I will be over at the stores on Wednesday night.

A customer already sent them to me, he will mostly likely get me the deadpool too. The official ship date is tomorrow, you lucked out and got them early.
