Its similar to solving a plain coloured rubiks cube. A little different. But not much. I figured it out.

I made it. Just covered the regular sides with pics of Bill. I guess you have to make one if you want one. Or get someone else to make it for you.

I suppose it's more of a thrill to end up with pictures of Bill than colours. Jeez, I gotta get more zest for life. It's a decent puzzle.
