Commission forIt's her OC Freezia! I REALLY hope I got the tone of blue in her mane right!
To me- the hardest thing to do is try to replicate a color using a traditional reference. I suck at it lol. Well it's blue and that's what matters 
Oh, I have a question- were the darker blue tips in her mane and tail part of her design or were there just for shading?I still have 3 more commissions to complete and then I'll try to draw some Christmas spirited stuff ^^

That's alright. ^-^ You can make a gif. A gif is just a bunch of pictures put together in order to make an animation. There are a billion tutorials online and I know they will be all more helpful than me 
You can also just use a gif someone else has already made (search "free icon" in DevianArt's search box) or ask someone to make you one.
