I'm pretty sure this is a '12. The '10 had the turn indicators inboard of the headlamps. Not sure about the '11 off hand though.

At first I thought that the wheels made it an '11+, but realized that it was an option for the '10. The license plate on this was issued sometime around the middle part of 2011 based on its letter sequence.
