There are some pretty interesting things about this submission, Kuvhinov-ilya. Probably the most prominent is the thin band of red color directly surrounding Samidare's pupils. They make the eyes seem almost beyond entrancing. Having said that, I don't think it's just the thin band of red color, but rather an effect that red band of color has on the expression.
There is a style of drawing anime eyes that makes the entirety of the eyes look more solid and real, and yet at the same time certainly not realistic. In these cases, the irises of the eye are drawn as if they were perhaps made of some sort of rubbery material. The way you have added that thin red band of color around the irises of this girl's eyes reminds me of that style, but it doesn't copy it, exactly.
As a result, I find myself stunned just by looking at her eyes. There's an ineffable quality to them that I find myself at a loss to describe.
Besides the eyes, she has an interesting figure to look at. The proportions of her anatomy fit well together, and aren't overly "cliche". I like this image. It must have taken you a lot of hard work, but the style and atmosphere make it more than worth it.
