This is really nicely done. The background is very similar to the style they use in the anime. Her right knee (our left) doesn't quite make sense, and the dress would look nicer with some more folds added to it. Your shading is done really well, and her face is really cute. :3 The anatomy with her tiny waist is a pretty normal for anime though I guess. XD
