I changed Vic's clothes... again... He doesn't look the same at all now

I wanted him to have clothes that fit the environment he's in (rain everyday, floods), but it seems every time I don't dare push the practical side of the clothes enough (I'm held back by my desire to make it look pretty at the same time oops ^^' )

The boots and the pants are just one part, so he won't get water in his boots unless it goes over his waist
