Description
With the release of Alpha Saphire & Omega Ruby at the end of last year and ambiguity of whether I should aim to get either of them, I stumbled upon footage of Hoopa's Unbound form. For those who don't know, Hoopa is a Psychic/Ghost event Pokemon, introduced in Pokemon X & Y and has only been discovered so far via hacking. However, someone found out that in ORAS, it has this badass Psychic/Dark form that I like a lot, which I couldn't quite capture here. It also has some interesting theoretical backstory, as almost every Mirage encounter in ORAS is met with a flying ring and portal, similar to Hoopa's signature move Hyperspace Hole and Hyperspace Fury. This is especially starred in the new 2015 Pokemon Movie where a ring sucks in a Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre and a Shiny Mega Rayquaza into a portal. It suggests that 1) there are parallel universes in Pokemon, and 2)Hoopa is for some reason bringing a number of legendaries to Hoenn. I just like its awesome design and I hope its available in XY.
