Faiiiiiiiiiilllll. I spent 3 days on this bugger and I think it's the only meme I've ever taken the time to color, but it's so faiiiiilll. These characters look nothing like they do in my mind because I suck. And I can't decide how I want to draw them so Peeta looks different, like, every time.
About Katniss- sorry gaiz. I was going to go back and change my hair blue in all the panels because I realized the way I draw Katniss and myself is sort of similar, with the same hair color/style, but...I colored all on the same layer so you'll just have to figure it out. Her skin and eyes are different anyway.

I stopped at the first one, this is to happy like for the series and it does it no justice, it almost makes me feel like if i hadnt read the series and saw this first instead, i would put it in the same ranks as Twilight and written it off as a 11 year olds fantasy...

You do understand that this is a parody, right, and that it's SUPPOSED to be silly and lighthearted and not a reflection of the series at all? Because I get the feeling that the point of this meme went right over your head.

I don't think so at all. I've seen plenty of other lighthearted memes of the Hunger Games series and I didn't find them the least bit insulting. In fact, they helped me enjoy the series more. Most memes ARE meant to be fun. A depressing meme would be boring, even if it did fit the mood of the series.
If you don't like how I filled out the meme, why even bother commenting on it? There's not much of a point of telling me you didn't like it and didn't really look at it because it wasn't serious enough. Constructive criticism is one thing. Telling me you don't like it because it doesn't fit your personal tastes is just conceited and rude.
