Well, I have an f-ton of characters I adopted and never did, so...here, let's try some out.
Starting from top left, moving across, then down.
1) Lock head
Name: ???
He's a shy dramaqueen, created when beings from another dimension threw together assorted parts out of boredom (essentially, a group of kids in another dimension took magickal parts and threw them together to make life because they were bored). The parts they used were...not so great. Part of him is angelic, part is demonic, and the rest is being torn apart at the seams.
He's a pretty quiet kid, though.

2) Bear girl
Name: Colleen
She's timid, a bookworm, and really down-to-Earth.
3) Bunny girl
Name: Tonya
Tonya, on the other hand, is constantly up in the clouds and just a ball of energy.

4) Cat girl
Name: Momo

"She, contrary to Holly, is in her early thirties. She's...I'm not sure what the word is, but she's human, except the cat ears and tail. Her son, Tabby, is about twelve, and the two get along fairly well in a mother-son kind of fashion. She loves him dearly, and they do frequent family activities together.
When he's not around, however, she can be...a bit scandalous.
Momo is a very flirtatious girl, not to mention quite the dare devil. She tries to avoid illegal activities, but manipulation? Now that's right up her ally. Manipulation and seduction. Those are probably her two biggest assets right there. For an icon, hah, I wouldn't see it out of her character to be blowing a heart if that's something you're thinking."

5) Cat/bunny twins
Names: (left, cat) Samantha (right, bunny) Erica
These two do practically everything together, even finish each others' sentences. Quiet, void of expressions and a tad bit creepy, they are almost never apart, leading people to refer to them as one person- Samnerica (yes this is a Lord of the Flies reference).

Similar to Chris, she's sweet and caring. Unlike Chris, she wouldn't dare hurt a fly, even if her imagination may lead some to believe otherwise.

He's a very curious, overly-cautious child with a phobia for...just about everything, except bees of course, which rarely ever seemed to be bothered by him. He could pick up their hive and play basket ball with it and they'd be fine. He wouldn't dare do that, though.

"Holly is a woman in her late thirties who simply can't get over the holiday season. She has a teenage daughter who's more focused on winter as a whole than just Christmas, but Holly herself is just completely in love with the holiday. Most of her clothes she purchases around that time and, yes, she will take that ugly sweater your grandma knitted you for Christmas.
Personality-wise, she is very sarcastic, a little snotty, but very warm-hearted. She's normally scowling, as a bit of a neat freak that will never have her urge for cleanliness fulfilled, but it's not hard to get her to smile if you're a family or friend. That's her soft spot."
