Description
Some of the Trigun group in an epic downtown shot. I unfortunately don't have a wide enough lens in my bag to get ALL of them at once. This is why I don't usually do large photoshoots.. I just don't have the gear for it yet but in the end... I think this turned out good. Take at A-Kon 19 in Dallas, TX.Related content

I've always loved this shot. Mostly for the EPIC ANGLE! and the amount of the characters in the shot.
But also because my friend's first reaction to this picture was "Yes, Mayor, we'll save the city!"

This is one of the shots I WISH I had a true wide angle lens for so I could have captured more of you in the shot. Unfortunately the 24-70mm lens doesn't allow for ultra wide. T_T Still a nice shot though! I am mostly happy with it!

Me too! I wish I could have gotten a little wider angle but that was the best I could do with my lens on my prone position on the hot concrete.

We tried for that EPIC angle to make them look like even more bad asses than they already are. I think we did alright.

it worked really well! the light makes me think that everyone is looking at some moon or planet that vash blew up with that killer arm.
your cosplay photography is amazing. i'm trying to get my foot in the door myself, so seeing what you've been doing and your progress is reall inspiring.

yea those are pretty tough, you'd have had to have a really wide lens and a bit more distance from us...like put us on stilts or something!
