Oh mercy, I do indeed love cheesecake, and while I would have to say that chocolate-chip with a chocolate cookie crust is my most favorite of all they're all fabulous. This certainly looks divine, and makes for a gorgeous set of photos as well. Kudos!

The only cheesecake I don't mind having is the one without the Philli's Cheam cheese. The best would be the "German Cheesecake" made with pressed cottage cheese.

There's no faking cheesecake. If it's those 'no bake' types of cheesecakes, I refuse to eat it. A true cheesecake, to me, involves baking & some labor of love, which is what you obviously have done here! Bravo! And an amaretti glaze (or is it the cookie?! Well, whichever one it is--)--It's pure GENIUS.
May I say that I always love the table spread, flatware, kitchen utensils, etc. that you have in every one of your food photographs!

i love cheesecake, my favourite dessert by far. I never seem to make the same flavour very oftern, there are so many possibilities, the last one i made was the best one, a bourbon cream biscuits cheesecake, i also love ginger nut biscuit and honey and of course good old strawberry
