Probably your best pixel art piece yet in my opinion. If you were going for exact proportions I would say that her torso is a little thick but other than that it's pretty good.
I would say that that is your biggest weakness at the moment. That being proper proportions and anatomy. It's not as bad in this work but I've noticed it a lot in your other works. However, your color pallet choice is of decent quality.

Brute force! I just keep at it until I get something I'm satisfied with, but it's probably better and quicker to look at some tutorials and pick up some techniques
