I have been looking into alot of Masamune Shirow's (correct me if i miss spelt) work lately. Creator of Ghost in a Shell, Apple Seed, and many other manga's and anime. So the style of shading and highlighting id taken from his work. As for the background...its an edited photo of the beach in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, NZ. 5 min walk from my house^^Related content
