I really enjoy this piece. I love black and white high contrast art (if that makes any sense, lol).
This piece is very riveting (excuse my spelling), at first glance it is just creepy. Yet as you continue to look at the image, you start to see how pretty the face is and you can also see the minut details.
I really like how you increased the contrast of the image (I believe) which makes the white seem ghostly and ethereal. By doing this it takes away many of the shades leaving only the white highlight, the gray mid-tone and black. Which increases the haunting aspects of the image.
I don't have anything to say against this image in any way. Even in a way to critique it. I think you should keep doing what you are doing. This is a good photo.

This piece caught my attention immediately. You hit the nail on the head with these big innocent looking eyes filled with darkness. One looks at your nymph and gets this impression that he or she will be seduced by her sight, invite her, and just after that, the demon that hides inside her eyes will consume one's soul.
Not so many artists follow the path I named 'soft horror' . By saying 'soft' I mean exactly what You did here, building the feeling of fear in a few stages. Starting from catching the attention of viewer, which changes into insecurity, growing tension which finalyends up with fear. Your image is not some screaming monster, there is no blood and things like that, one sees too much often and is almost bored of them. This picture is something very creative and unusual.
What I like about this work is simplicity and explicity. It's a very good idea to stay in black and white tonation where the white centre of the image (face) is surrounded by complete blackness. In this way the nymph's face is brought out, as well as these big dark eyes. The lips which express no positive or negative amotion, make the viewer become even more suspicious about this creature here. The only thing to blame here in my opinion is the fringe, which covers the eyebrows and smothers the eyes a little bit.
To conclude, this work has a very big potential in itself. It's not something we see randomly, like violence, blood and guts. Nevertheless, it's creepy enough to be a horror poster for sure.
