After a few Linearts, now a new Coloring again...Maybe you wonder... it's a bit ecchi... but yeah, I like it xD
Original Lineart is by steohen2. I made a new Lineart for a bigger size and a bit more cleaner so I could color it. I tried soft shading again... and... I don't know... I'm really better at cell shading...

And now for an actual comment.
First of all, you've done a very good job here. Your line-art here is very solid, comparable to that of professional work, however, the colouring brings it down a little. To improve on this, I would personally darken the outlines, lighten the skin and make the shading a tiny bit more harsh, but this is just personal preference. Overall, you've done a spectacular job, and the result is very adorable. <3

Anyway, this Outline/Coloring is over one year old... I think my Outlines & Colorings now look better... okay, I'm not so good with soft shading, but I practise to become better there, too...
