Day 7: Favorite Children's Book. This was a favorite in our family when I was a kid, and it's already become a favorite in my own little family now.

Considering the sizable children's library we own, and the age range of our now adult kids, I'm wondering how we missed this one.

You should definitely look into it! Even if your kids are all grown-up it's worth looking over (especially for grandkids?). There's also a really cute Christmas "sequel" that I only discovered a couple Christmases ago, much to my amazement and delight.

"The Napping House" and "King Bidgood....", also by the Woods, were on our kid's favorite read list. Lines from the books still get tossed into conversations around here.

I know of The Napping House, but not the other one. I'll have to look into it! We did also love Quick As a Cricket when I was young.
