First off, I had difficulty placing this... it's sort of fan art, it's hand drawn, it's slightly cartoony, but also digitally colored. Whatevs!

The story behind it:
I play an MMORPG called Lunia. In the game I have a friend who has cat costume items from the cash shop and he has the wings which is an equip from Myth2 (one of the stages in Lunia).
So I call him the winged kitty and his lil outfit inspired me to draw this picture :3 This is actually the second version, but I like this one better I think >_> Alot cuter and fluffier ;o

So, I drew it with pencil, drew over it with pen and then colored it with photoshop. (not sure which version of ps..)
Took less than 2 hours for the pencil/pen part,because thats how much time I had between classes
