I also got here through the everyoneloveschibis group's critiquing event. Anatomy-wise, her lower half looks a bit strange. Chibi characters should still have a body structure that makes sense, even if greatly simplified. Also, for the hair (and as a general rule for digital coloring), try not to rely on the smudge tool too much. It's obvious over large areas, and it doesn't provide as much control as one would expect.

Lol thanx for the Info, but the program I use doesn't have the blur tool. All my blending is done with a mixture of the pencil tool, eraser tool and airbrush tool

But I still think that you could work on the hair texture a bit more--like try graduating colors and using thinner brush strokes to add texture and depth, or drawing more detailed hair before coloring to save time in your paint program. It would also be nice if the hair had more light and shadow definition. It seems that the light is equally distributed throughout the entire hair do.

Yes x9001 I think the start up would look similar to hazama's Hungry Darkness, but with blue streams surging. I don't know what would come afterwards though; maybe like a kokonoe metsu hadoken magic special or something
